Why does my laptop not restart while the Exoid is plugged in?

The Exoid will draw power through the USB port when the computer is booted, and some laptops do not have enough power to boot both the computer and the Exoid leading to the computer being stuck in pre-boot. To fix this simply unplug the Exoid USB and restart the computer.
