What factors do I need to consider when choosing an electrolyte?
It is important that the particles are stable in the electrolyte. The pH and ionic strength of the electrolyte should not induce unwanted aggregation. The recommended pH range is 4-10, in order to avoid corrosion and other adverse effects.
