What dilution factor should I use for the calibration particles?

The table below states target concentrations for the sample and calibration particles depending on the selected nanopore.

When working at high stretch (>47 mm), it may be better to select the next size up calibration particles.
For most calibration particles, a 1:1000 dilution is suitable. A dilution factor of 1:500 is suitable for CPC200.
If the calibration particle rate is too low, make a more concentrated solution.
Neutral calibration particles are available upon request. This is relevant for any zeta potential work or for measurements using a negative voltage.
