Unable to Connect the qNano to the Izon Control Suite?
Some qNano users may be having connectivity issues when pairing their qNano to the Izon Control Suite. This is due to the Windows update KB5011048, which applies to both Windows 10 and 11. The update must be uninstalled to resolve the connectivity issue.
To uninstall update KB5011048, follow the instructions below:
- Select the Windows Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View update history > Uninstall updates.
- Select and hold (or right-click) the update you want to remove, and then select Uninstall.
