My Exoid shows no trace in the display when running. How can I fix this?

Communication between the VCA and the software has been interrupted, this can be re-established by changing the voltage setting (this may need to be completed more than once). If the trace still does not appear:

  1. Disconnect the power to the Exoid and remove the USB cable from the instrument. 
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Plug the power cord back into the Exoid.
  4. Plug the USB cable back into the Exoid.
  5. Ensure the instrument connects to the software, visually indicated by the word 'CONNECTED' on the ECS Homepage, fill in the investigation details and select 'Start Analysis'. The trace should now be visible.
