How can I collect my PCV in a single tube?
If your AFC has been updated to at least version 2.5.0 for the V1 and 1.1.24 for the V2, qEV1 and qEVoriginal columns will now enable selecting collection volumes of 2.1 - 5 mL. This will set the AFC to use the side of the carousel for 5 mL collection tubes and allow for the collection of larger fractions. Watch Struan demonstrate this feature:
