Notes on chip reuse 

Pulsoid chips are not designed to be reused once a session (from Pulsoid activation to shutdown) has ended. Our in-house testing has not identified any storage conditions that consistently support successful reuse, so we recommend starting each run with a new chip. 

That said, we have had limited success with the method below – although with a success rate below 50%, we cannot guarantee results. You are welcome to try the following steps and see if they work for your sample: 

1. While the chip is still in the fluid cell, rinse it with DI water. 
2. Remove the chip and rinse again with DI water. 
3. Dry the chip by gently blotting it dry, taking care not to rub the area around the pore on the aperture side. 
4. Store the chip in the black chip tray provided with NPS Training Kits.
