Our online Customer Support Centre is a central repository dedicated to helping our customers get going quickly and get the most out of their instruments. This includes support videos and documents, tips and FAQs as well as the latest in-house research and development news. We offer live support through Skype chat and a dedicated email service via email@example.com when we are offline to ensure quick turnaround of all enquiries.
We are keen to ensure your instrument training needs are met. A number of options are available for discussion including:
- Face-to-face small group training at our laboratories in New Zealand.
- Video conference training via Skype.
- Training at your laboratories.
